How Many Miles Will We Sail?
Here are some typical max values:
1) 5 Day RYA Sail Cruising Course - up to 150nm
2) 2 Day RYA Sail Cruising Course - up to 40nm
3) 7 Day AdventureSail - up to 400nm
4) 9 Day AdventureSail - up to 550nm
5) 2 Day PowerBoat Course - up to 8nm
These values are of course affected hugely by the unique nature of what we do - every single course or experience we run is 100% unique, there are no 'set routes', fixed in stone, and the wind direction, weather and crew wishes play a huge part in where you go, how you get there and how many miles you will cover.
More important than simply the number of miles, is the quality of the miles, where it is, how challenging, how scenic and whether it's at night, calm-seas, larger swells and whole bunch of other stuff!
